Summer Running Begins June 24, 2019Monday, June 10 2019
Here is the schedule for summer cross country conditioning! Any changes to the schedule will be indicated on this page and an announcement sent out via the team Google classroom. If you need access to the Google classroom, email Coach Wickham at firstname.lastname@example.org with your CPS email address. All sessions prior to August 14th are optional, but highly recommended, and will meet on the 6th floor of the south building at Jones.
Weight sessions with Coach Reeves are for any track event group - sprints, distance, jumps, throws - and are also optional (you can come run and then leave if you can't stay for weights, or come just for weights if you can't get there to run --- but sprinters, jumpers and throwers are encouraged to come run twice a week over the summer, too!)
