Summer Running Information

Below is the summer conditioning schedule. Workout information is geared towards returning runners, new runners should contact Coach Reynolds at jonesgirlsrun@gmail.com with questions! As a reminder, practice on August 8, 9, and 10 is absolutely mandatory for returning runners. Returning team members will not be permitted to join the team after August 8. New runners are welcome to join at any time!
